From the moment guests are welcomed at the doors of Almisbah and throughout the entire experience, we aim, through original beverages, to continue our journey through time. Long before tea arrived in Morocco in the 17th century, during the reign of Sultan Moulay Ismaël, plants were often prepared as hot or cold drinks, refreshing or sometimes medicinal, to accompany moments of life and meals.
